Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new leads, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from initial contact to closing. You should be confident in handling high volumes of calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and meeting sales targets in collaboration with our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.

Communicate with potential customers, understand their needs, and present suitable IT solutions.

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales personnel for further engagement and closure.

Manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and follow up to secure orders.

Increase sales opportunities by recommending related products, highlighting features, and analyzing customer buying history.

Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations to secure deals or gather feedback on lost opportunities.

Collaborate with channel partners to build sales pipelines and achieve closures.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.

Prior experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Knowledge of IT industry solutions, including hardware, software, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity, is preferred.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and perform well under pressure.

Self-motivated with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
